Dear Kevin,

We just want to take this opportunity to thank you for all of your many efforts in securing our boat.  

From the initial contact of meeting you and describing what we were looking for you went above and beyond our expectations.    Since we were new to the boating arena, we knew we needed a lot of guidance and hand holding throughout the process and you did not disappoint !  Your knowledge of boats, sense of what to do, how to and where were absolutely right on target.  I know that we had you doing a ton of research because we  were new and needed to get a feel for what would be the perfect fit for our needs.  You were patient, empathetic and you did not pressure us into considering boats that were not in our focus.  In addition, we really appreciated all of the leg work you did with regard to research, boat types, and kept all considerations within our price point.  

When it came time to viewing the boats you had everything set up to run smoothly, checking every last detail, making suggestions and offered many referrals. You were always willing to help in any way you could.  The customer service you gave us was second to none as you were diligent with checking into everything asked and you were prompt when returning phone calls and securing any and all information needed to make our boat shopping a pleasant experience.

In general, our  experience with your entire research, choices, showings, survey, sea trials, contract negotiations and individual referrals were right on target.  You made us feel as if you were purchasing the boat for yourself never leaving out one detail and pointing out both the pluses and minuses so that our final decision was one of excitement and without any buyers remorse.
